Our Retreats in Italy are tailor-made. We take only small groups which allow us provide an intimate, hands-on experience. Participants are able to delve into the culture and sink deeply into the rhythms of one place. They experience life like the locals do, shopping for food at the outdoor market, strolling through the town in the evening for traditional passeggiata, and taking part in the food festivals.

We design retreats based on your preferences and particular interests. We always focus though, on providing an in-depth exposure to authentic Italian life and to Italy’s treasures.

What inspires YOU about Italy? Would you like to design a retreat in Italy, for you and an intimate group of beloved friends? Look no further! We can design with you, your own Italian retreat, specialized how you want it. Depending on the exchange rate and how many friends you bring, you may be able to go for free (not including air-fare.) Chandi will be there as translator, trouble-shooter, historian, and all around inspiration, to make your personal retreat magnificent!

I returned to Florence the next year to go to school and to learn the language. I continued during my twenties to travel around Europe, the Soviet Union, and Asia, but the yearning in my soul for Italy never left me.
